Chia Seed Pudding

We love chia seed pudding! This breakfast will power you through the morning.

Chia Seed Pudding

What you need:
2 cups vanilla almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1-2 tablespoons raw honey
Seasonal fruit for topping
Optional: Chopped nuts

What you do:
Combine chia seeds and milk in a bowl. Mix until combined. The mixture will begin to thicken. Store covered in the refrigerator overnight or for at least an hour. Stir well before serving. Top with fresh fruit and nuts of your choice. Viola, delicious Chia Seed Pudding!
