Tuna-less Tuna Salad

What You’ll Need:
1-28 oz can cooked chickpeas
2 to 3 tbsp red onion, diced
2 to 3 celery stalks, diced
2 to 3 pickles, diced
2 tbsp nori seaweed flakes*
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise or Cashew Sour Cream

What You’ll Do:
In a large bowl, smash the chickpeas with a potato masher until they are broken up. Mix in all other ingredients. Serve on crackers or bread.
