Turkey Pistachio Wraps

Summer time is full of outings and picnics with friends. These Turkey Pistachio Wraps are a crowd pleaser. The combination of flavors will excite your taste buds. These wraps are packed with protein so they will keep you full while you enjoy playing outside all day long.

Turkey Pistachio Wraps

What You’ll Need:

4 whole wheat tortillas
4 Pepper Jack cheese slices
½ cup Pistachios, chopped
1 container sprouts
1 bunch of spinach
1 tomato, diced
1 avocado, sliced
1 orange pepper, sliced
turkey lunch meat or meat of your choice (optional)
vegenaise

What You’ll Do:

Spread vegenaise on tortillas. Sprinkle on a layer of Pistachios. Add cheese slice and optional lunch meat of your choice. Layer on spinach, sprouts, tomato, pepper and avocado. Fold wrap and serve.
